STEP 1: Preparation
Use the oil-free, lash-strengthening RefectoCil Micellar Eye Makeup Remover to ensure cleansed, oil-free and dry brows.
STEP 2: Mix & Apply.
Before use, mix 2cm of RefectoCil Blonde Brow with 20-25 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant 3% Cream for 2 minutes to form a creamy paste. Then apply to eyebrows.
STEP 3: Application time depending on desired lightening: 5-20 minutes.
5 minutes: Lightening by one level
12 minutes: Lightening by two levels
20 minutes: Lightening by three levels
STEP 4: Done!
