Liquid developer - new design, new size
RefectoCil Oxidant liquid, the stabilized, intensive developer on a liquid basis especially for RefectoCil eyebrow and eyelash tints. It can be used in the sensitive eye area without hesitation and ensures brilliant tinting results.
Advantages:
the narrow dosing opening enables economical and exact dosing.
Closure: impurities cannot get into the bottle
Tip:
For those who prefer creamy consistency, RefectoCil Oxidant Cream is also available. Both products provide the same brilliant color result.
Application:
Preparation: apply RefectoCil skin protection cream & eye mask and lash pads or silicone pads according to instructions.
Mix 2cm of color with 10 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant liquid fresh to a creamy paste. Apply to eyebrows and eyelashes.
Leave on for 5 - 10 minutes.
Remove with clear water and cotton pads.
If RefectoCil Blonde Brow is used beforehand, the application time is reduced to 1 - 5 minutes, with Eyelash Curl to 2 minutes.
Ingredients: Aqua, Hydrogen Peroxide, Triethanolamine, Phosphoric Acid, C12-13 Pareth-9.
